SpeedCopy Refund Policy

At SpeedCopy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all of our services. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided.

1. Refund Timeframe

Refunds are available if requested within 10 minutes of placing your order. Due to the nature of our services, after this period, no refund requests will be entertained as the printing process may already have begun.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds will only be processed for orders that have not yet entered the printing or binding stage.
• If a technical issue or system error occurs on SpeedCopy’s part during the ordering process, a full refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Customized Orders: Due to the personalized nature of printing, refunds are not available for orders that have already been printed, bound, or framed.
• Completed Orders: Once an order is marked as complete or ready for delivery, refunds will not be applicable.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved within the stated timeframe, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 10 minutes of placement to be eligible for a refund. After that period, cancellations will not be accepted as production processes may already be underway.

6. Exceptions

• Errors on SpeedCopy's Part: If an error occurs in the printed product due to a mistake made by SpeedCopy (such as printing defects or incorrect files used), we will either replace the product or issue a refund.
• Errors Not Caused by SpeedCopy: Refund requests for errors not caused by SpeedCopy (such as incorrect document uploads by the customer) will not be accepted.
